Before you publish this
This policy describes how the website as built actually handles data, which is the honest starting point for a privacy policy. Because you are a SEBI registered Investment Adviser handling client financial information, and because India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies to you, have this reviewed by your compliance adviser or a lawyer before launch. Do not treat it as legal advice.

What this website collects
The website has one form, the consultation booking form. When you submit it we collect the name and mobile number you provide, and optionally your email address, your stated primary financial goal, an indicative investable amount range, how you heard about us, and any remarks you add, together with the call duration, date and time slot you selected.
There is no account to create, no login, and no tracking or advertising cookies placed by us. The calculator, quiz and goals chart run entirely in your browser and the values you enter into them are never transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about the consultation you requested and, if you become a client, to provide advisory services. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to people who merely visited the site.
Third parties involved in a form submission
When you submit the booking form, the contents are delivered to our email address through a third party form delivery service, and the form also offers to open WhatsApp with a prefilled summary so you can send us the same details directly. If you use that WhatsApp option, the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving the font files. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs.

How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry. Client records are retained for the period that SEBI's regulations require an Investment Adviser to preserve them, and are then disposed of securely.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw consent to being contacted. Write to info@investopediaindia.com and we will respond.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry and client information is limited to those who need it to provide the service. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents, account credentials or identity documents by ordinary email or through the website form.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
