We acknowledge every complaint on receipt and aim to resolve it within the timeline prescribed in the SEBI Investor Charter.
Step 2. SEBI SCORES
If you are not satisfied with our response, or you do not hear from us, you may lodge a complaint with SEBI on the SCORES platform. SCORES is SEBI's online complaint redressal system for the securities market and it tracks your complaint through to closure.
Complaints may also be sent physically to the Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai 400051.
SEBI's investor helpline numbers are 1800 266 7575 and 1800 22 7575, available on all days except declared public holidays.
Step 3. Online dispute resolution
If the complaint is still unresolved after the SCORES route, you may initiate dispute resolution through the Online Dispute Resolution portal, which provides conciliation and then arbitration for securities market disputes.
What we will not ask you for
We never ask clients to transfer money to us for investment, nor to share trading account passwords or one time passwords. We are an advisory firm: you hold and operate your own accounts. Any message appearing to come from us that asks otherwise is not from us, and you should report it to us immediately on the contact details above.
